About
ASIST TRANSLATION SERVICES, INC. was founded in 1983 with the goal of becoming a 24/7/365 total language solutions company for businesses that wanted and often needed to expand their market, reach new customers and compete globally.
Early in our history, ASIST focused on translating highly technical materials into all major languages. We were also involved in drafting analytical reports on current, state-of-the-art technologies, using information in foreign publications under the auspices of U.S. Government agencies. A reflection of its original heritage, the acronym ASIST stood for “Associates in Scientific Information Search and Translation”
Over the past 30+ years
ASIST has grown into a global resource for translation and interpretation needs. ASIST is proud to help organizations large and small realize their true potential and bring their services and products to new countries and customers.
To recognize our evolution over the past three decades, ASIST’s acronym now stands for: “Advanced Solutions for Interpreting Services & Translation”.
